Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern access to and use of Voxet's voice‑first service that transforms natural language into actions across user‑connected platforms. By using Voxet, users agree to these Terms; if they do not agree, they must not use the service.

Service overview

Voxet processes voice input, uses an LLM to interpret user intent, and performs actions via user‑authorized integrations with third‑party services. The service may use hosting, real‑time processing, and analytics providers to deliver functionality, performance, and support.

Account and eligibility

Users must provide accurate account information and maintain the confidentiality of credentials, remaining responsible for all activity under their account. Voxet may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected breach, misuse, or security risk to the service.

Integrations and authorization

Connecting a third‑party service authorizes Voxet to use the necessary tokens or keys to perform requested actions strictly within the user‑granted scope. Users are responsible for their compliance with third‑party service terms and any data or actions executed through those services.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operation, violating laws, or submitting malicious or unlawful content. Users must not use the service to process prohibited categories of data where applicable law or third‑party terms restricts such processing.

AI and reliability

LLM‑generated outputs can be probabilistic and may be incorrect or incomplete; users must review outputs and verify actions before relying on them for critical decisions. Voxet provides mechanisms like confirmations and logs to support user oversight but does not guarantee error‑free performance.

Third‑party services

Features may depend on third‑party services and network availability; outages or changes at those providers can affect Voxet's features. Voxet is not responsible for third‑party terms, content, actions taken within third‑party accounts, or changes to third‑party services.

Fees and billing

Paid plans, if offered, may be listed on Voxet's site, and taxes may apply; plan features and pricing can change with notice as permitted by law. Users authorize recurring charges for subscriptions until cancellation in accordance with the applicable billing terms.

Privacy

Voxet's processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Users must ensure they have the necessary rights and consents to submit data to Voxet and to instruct Voxet to act in their connected services.

Intellectual property

Voxet owns the service and related IP; users receive a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms. Users retain rights in their content and grant Voxet the rights necessary to operate the service and fulfill user‑requested actions.

Feedback

If users submit feedback, Voxet may use it without restriction or compensation to improve the service. Feedback does not create any confidentiality obligation unless agreed in writing.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," and Voxet disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. Voxet does not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation or that outputs will meet specific accuracy or reliability requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. In all cases, Voxet's aggregate liability arising from or related to the service will be limited to the fees paid by the user for the service during the relevant period, where applicable.

Indemnification

Users will indemnify and hold Voxet harmless from claims arising out of their use of the service, content they submit, actions they instruct within third‑party services, or breach of these Terms. This obligation includes reasonable attorney fees and costs to the extent permitted by law.

Suspension and termination

Voxet may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, non‑payment, or compliance reasons, with notice where feasible. Upon termination, licenses end and Voxet may delete associated data consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of competent courts in New Zealand, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws. Consumers may have non‑waivable rights under local laws that prevail over conflicting terms to the extent required.

Changes to the Terms

Voxet may modify these Terms to reflect changes in services or law and will provide notice consistent with applicable transparency requirements. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
